For professional musicians aspiring to release music digitally or physically but lacking financial resources, the Sena Performers Music Production Fund offers essential support. This fund can provide the necessary boost for the next step in an artist's career. I collaborated with the artists on their applications, resulting in successful funding for Ferro (Veryzer) and Philou Louzolo, the latter receiving it twice. This enabled both artists to produce their albums. During the pandemic, this financial support offered them the breathing space they critically needed.

In my role with various artists, as a promoter and consultant to a large venue, I have extensively managed the submission processes for works and playlists to collecting societies such as Buma/Stemra. As well as box office receipts remittance from the part of the venue. This involved coordinating the registration of new musical works and ensuring that all live performances were accurately reported to facilitate correct royalty distribution. My dual experience in the music industry has given me valuable insights into the essential role these procedures play in protecting artists' rights and ensuring their fair compensation.
